I do not see them for sale on the outfitters site and am looking to get one or two. How can I get these??

I believe DaleM has some ordered and when they come in, we'll make an announcement.

They'll be yellow and black again, plus we have some blue and white coming in, if I'm not mistaken.

They have been ordered in yellow and black as well as blue and white.
They will be available real soon at OGFoutfitters!

I talked to the company making them today and they should be shipped yet this week. I expect them in next week sometime.
