Need Help w/ Adding Pictures

Okay, I'm not too good w/ this. I guess I need to resize a Pic. its located in the "member Galleries" area under "H2O Mellon" It's the picture of the knies all in one pic. Can someone tell me how to shrink this to where I can fit it into my OGF Market Place Thread?

H2O....you can click on your picture in the gallery, then rt click, go to properties, copy the addy, then hit the "Insert Image" button in the reply window & then paste the http addy in that blank & the picture will appear, like this...
