Gun Show...

Anyone know a good source to find out a schedule of local gun shows? Also, if I buy used, what problems should I be looking for?

Look in the newspaper is the only thing I can tell you, they usually advertise gun shows somehow.

As far as what to look for when buying used guns, I'm sure others on this site can help you more but just look for obvious things like filed off serial numbers, make sure the gun is unloaded, if you handle a gun always wipe it clean of your fingerprints. Personally, I like to buy from reputable people/shops because if I take a gun home and it doesn't fire, someone is going to fix it at their cost, now if something happens down the road, I'm SOL, thats the primary reason why I buy new guns although I haven't bought one for a couple years. The wife says I have too many. :( Is there such a thing?

Do a google search for PRO Gun Shows & Bill Goodman Gun Show. Next show in Central Ohio will be over Thanksgiving weekend.
