My bass club held our monthly tournament on the St John's River near Lake Woodruff. Here are the details.
15 boats-30 anglers
Total 7 bass caught.
5 boats had 1 fish and 1 boat had 2 fish
Winning weight was a 9.76lb bass
2nd-4.17
3rd-2.2
4th1.9
As you can see this was a lousy tournament. St John's River needs to be off limits. Hurricanes just killed it. I didn't have a bite all day but my partner hooked one about 3.5lbs but it wrapped around a dock and got away. :(
The guy who got the 9.76 caught it off a bed and actually took it home to mount it  Bed fishing is just a sore subject with me.
Anyway we are fishing Lake Toho down in Kissimmee next month. Should be a much better report as this is one of the best lakes in the state. I'll be prefishing there in about 2 weeks.

We do pretty good fishing the SE section of the lake in the shallows where the 12 seater airboats fly by to take tourists to the fake alligators.

We hit all the fence posts that are left from the barbwire fences.
