Oyster mushrooms?

My bro' was in town a few weeks ago and saw what he said were oyster mushrooms growing all around the woods.
Anyone have any experience with them?

I eat them when I come across some fresh ones. They have a good flavor & are pretty easy to ID. They also have a very distinct aroma.
