maumee river smallies

I got out after the rain tonight for some smallie action. I fished the Buttonwood access and had a fun night. I ended up with about 10 smallies with the largest being around 15". They were all caught on a tube. Hopefully, all the rain will not cause the river to rise again.

nice to hear a report, i stayed away from the river this week figuring it would be up from the rain. i plan on hitting it up a lot in the next month. hopefully the rain will hold off and the holes will be packed with hungry fish.

It sucks.... all this rain is gonna make for some tough fishing in the rivers and creeks for awhile... I agree with ya Mojo, i hope the levels go down some pretty soon, it'll be a fun time fishin all those lil' pools full of fish :-P
