Anyone here a home inspector or appraiser? I'm currently looking at houses to get out of the apartment world and will be needing a home inspection prior to closing. Haven't found a house yet, nor set a closing date so things are up in the air still as to the time frame. Just wanted to see if any fellow OGF'ers do either of these. If noone is feel free to PM me with a name of one if you have a buddy or family member that does home inspections. The house will be in the Columbus area. Thanks everyone.
