Cowan this afternoon

I got down there around 4 pm.

I was really surprised at how clear the water was. The lake looked great!! It is up a little but not bad.

Got some night crawlers and fished from the bank just to the ight of the marina for a while no good got ran out by the rain.

Took A cruise around by the rangers office. Wnt out on the fishing pier down there caught 1 big bull head or yellow belly. Should be great tonight or tommorrow if we dont get to much rain.

We was there Sunday. We got about 150 little crappie. A guy told me that they had caught and kept 6 real nice catfish earlier also. :mad:
