I was fishing on Tappan yesterday and saw some maniac in a 14 foot "Grumpy old Man" boat buzzing around. This guy had all sorts of electronics and a trolling motor on a boat that looks like its worth about 50 bucks and was painted by a blind man with the runs.
He has great big ears and a black lab that looks like it doesnt get fed much. Watch out for him if you see him. He doesnt appear to have very good control over his "boat".
