I got a buddy of mine that sells freezer beef. Thought I would share his number with the rest of you. I just got my second whole one and it taste great. Way better then store bought. Store bought has no taste to me.
He sells it for $1.65lb hanging weight pulse processing. He knows a local USDA butcher if you don't know of any. All his beef is grain feed.
His name is Dave and number is 440-213-7264. He lives in Lorain County but also close to Medina, Huron, Erie Counties.
