most likely not. i don't think it is a digital tv. because you most likely have some rabbit ears for reception.

If you have the convertor box it should work just like the other TV's will.
A TV doesn't have to be a digital TV to receive if you have the convertor box.

I think it will work " BUT "you will have to open it up find out what the step down voltage is ....if it is 12 volts just tie in and run off the battery,,,if not 12 volts you will just have to step up or down the voltage...

If it's a digital it will work just like it is. If it isn't it will still work with a converter box. If you camp without electric provided you may have a problem finding a converter that runs off of 12 DC.

Doubtful the converter will run off 12VDC, but you can get a power inverter relatively cheap to convert the 12VDC to 110VAC if needed.

I believe they voted that delay down late last week. I think that is a good idea in my opinion. They have given a couple of years. Those who have not done so until now was only due to procrastination for the most part. Giving a delay will only cause further procrastination and in June we will be facing the same dilemma.
For those who procrastinated don't feel like I am picking because in many ways I am one as well. I put mine off until a couple of months ago.:p

From what I can understand, the radio on the tv's will not work. Not totally sure though.

Most older portable tv's are the old analog type, if so you will need a converter box and a good antenna. Portable tv will need either an external antenna connection or an av input. You will need ac to operate converter. If you dont have ac then purchase a inverter to plug into car lighter jack to change dc to ac. You will need either coax cable or av cable to connect converter to tv. All this is available at a RadioShack store. Pretty simple and you'll get a better picture than you used to get.
