Shawnee Lake

Has anyone ever had the opportunity to fish Shawnee Lake in Jamestown.I understand it is a resident only lake but guests can be invited. If you did fish there how did you do? I understand thay have some nice hybrid stripers.

I live ten minutes from there: i don't know about stripers, but there is a good largemouth population and huge crappie.

Fished there a couple times. I used to work with a guy who lives out there. Nice lake a fishing is decent. There are some monster fish in there and from what the guy said YES there are some nice Hybrid Stripper.
